It keeps every document, model, inspection, permit and handover record joined to the asset it belongs to, from concept design through construction to operations and maintenance. - **What is the golden thread of asset information?** The golden thread is a single, trusted record of an asset that carries forward from design to operations. In Cynilo each record is linked to the asset as it is created, so at handover the owner already holds the complete history instead of rebuilding it from emails, spreadsheets and USB drives. - **Who is Cynilo for?** Asset owners and operators, and the principal contractors, designers and suppliers who deliver for them. Cynilo is built for infrastructure such as rail and stations, energy and battery storage, and water and wastewater treatment, in Australia and New Zealand. - **Does Cynilo support ISO 19650 information management?** Yes. The document register uses ISO 19650 suitability and status codes, tracks revisions and approvals, and holds task and master information delivery plans (TIDP and MIDP). Transmittals, RFIs and meeting records sit in the same register, so it can serve as the project's common data environment (CDE). - **How does Cynilo handle asset information requirements and digital handover?** You set out your asset information requirements (AIR) as a data dictionary, with Uniclass classification. The asset register can be built from the IFC model, every asset gets a tag, and contractors add their records against each asset through a portal. Handover information, including O&M manuals and as-built records, is complete on day one of operations. - **What are Cynilo's modules?** Six modules feed one record for every asset. Assets: the asset register and asset data dictionary (ADD), built from the model. Information: documents, delivery plans, transmittals, RFIs and meetings. Quality: inspection and test plans (ITPs), NCRs, risks and failure reports. Contracts: vendors, prequalification questionnaires and contracts. Inventory: stock, spares, kits, and plant and equipment. People: site visitors, permits to work, inductions and training. - **Do contractors need a Cynilo licence?** No. Contractors and suppliers add records through secure links and portals, so the owner keeps one record without buying a licence for every company on the project. - **Which apps does Cynilo have?** A web app, an Outlook add-in for filing correspondence, and mobile apps for iOS and Android for work on site. - **Where is Cynilo hosted, and who owns the data?** Cynilo is hosted on Microsoft Azure in Australian regions. The asset owner owns the data and can export everything at any time. Every change is recorded with who made it and when. - **How is Cynilo priced?** Cynilo is priced by programme, not by seat, and every plan includes the full product. See the pricing page for the current plans. - **How do I see Cynilo working on my own asset?** Book a demo at cynilo.io and bring one asset. We will show you its golden thread, from the first design record to the latest work order. ## Contact - Demo requests: https://cynilo.io/#demo - Email: admin@cynilo.io
